Please note that all sales are final and refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Before payment, the customer is given an opportunity to fully test the product and request any final changes. Once the customer is happy with the final product and initiates a payment, the product shall immediately be delivered digitally to the desired user, thus concluding & settling the commission and closing any window for additional change. After payment, any subsequent requests by the customer to modify the product (either through adding and/or removing certain aspects/functionality) shall become a new commission.
